Committees
Committees are teams of member volunteers that work together to keep the inner machinery of the society running. Each committee has a chair or co-chairs that are responsible for scheduling meetings and managing workflow. Committee positions primarily operate on a "give what you can, when you can" basis, though we recommend having a minimum of, on average, a few hours a week available to dedicate to supporting projects as needed, with the caveat that certain time periods will be busier than others depending on external deadlines.
Think your skills could be put to good use as a volunteer on one of these committees?
