About the Event

The event will be hosted by Kootenay Native Bee Taxonomist Lincoln Best, Pollinator Technician Rowan Rampton, and Ethnobotanist Brenda Beckwith and NBSBC co-chair Lori Weidenhammer. The event starts with outdoor lectures on native plants and bee diversity in Camas meadows, a guided walk, and a packed lunch. The exact location will be sent out a few days before the event. This event is free, and we encourage you to become members of the society to support us. Donations are also gratefully accepted.
